He is the
eldest of 3 siblings, born and raised in Manila.
He started his selling career as magazine subscription agent.
He has also work in a freight forwarding company, pharmaceutical company selling generic medicines and nutraceuticals. He then established his selling career in large manufacturing selling household cleaning products where he spent 15 years and end up as the Head of Franchising Department.
By making an industry leap to real estate from franchising sales, Gil has found professional success at a high level in his first year ( 2014 ) in selling real estate.
Gil launched into real estate sales selling Cavite townhouses. He has made a high level of commitment to his real estate education having mentored and coach by top producers in the industry.
In his spare
time, he reads books on sales, marketing, management and business. He loves playing
chess with selected friends and playing video games at the mall with his kids.
